We are looking for an intern to join our dynamic team in the Brussels EU quarter for a period of three to six months. The intern plays an important role in the team, supporting all the activities in the office. In particular, the intern is responsible for:
· Communications and information support, including information flow, website updates and newsletter;
· Policy and programmes support, including gathering information for enquiries and updating the funding guide and other office publications; and
· Administrative and logistical support for the Executive Director and staff of the office.
The internship would be suitable for a pro-active undergraduate or graduate who is looking for a challenge to work in a multicultural environment monitoring EU developments on a day-to-day basis. The internship demands very good interpersonal skills, an ability to effectively network, an excellent team spirit and the ability to work independently. Applicants should be fluent in English, able to converse to an excellent level in French and be computer literate.
The South West European Partnership offers a flat-rate sum of €900 per month as a contribution towards housing and living expenses. More details can be found here
