| Project description | To establish Higher Education provision within Cornwall based on a Hub (located at Penryn) and Rim model providing ready access across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and a clear progressive route from Further Education to Higher Education. A balance of capital investment in bricks and mortar, development of an academic programme, increased research capability and business support. The partners include Universities of Plymouth and Exeter, Falmouth College of Arts, Open University, College of St. Mark and St. John, Cornwall and Truro FE Colleges, HEFCE, RDA, CCC and charities
