South West to host both Cross Border Programme Annual Events

This year, both the Cross Border Programme Annual Events will take place in the South West region. The Cross Border 2 Seas Programme will hold its Annual Event on 23 September 2010 at the De Vere Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth. This conference will once again be hosted as a cooperation fair for delegates to come with project ideas and meet potential project partners. The Cross Border Channel Programme will be holding its conference in Exeter on 8-9 November 2010 (venue to be confirmed). This event will endeavour to help delegates understand the programme’s aims and expectations and share know how for grant applications, as well as giving the opportunity to meet and exchange with potential partners and find new project ideas.

PUBLIC TENDER PROCEDURE FOR ORGANISATION OF CHANNEL PROGRAMME EVENT:

A public procurement procedure to choose the organisation who will organise this event has been launched by the programme's Joint Technical Secretariat at the Conseil Régional de Haute-Normandie (Upper Normandy Regional Council ) based in Rouen, France.
