South Gloucestershire to hold festival celebrating cultures and talents

South Gloucestershire is holding the Engage Community Festival of Culture 2010 on Saturday 16 October at WISE Campus, Filton. A similar event is held every three years to showcase the mix of cultures and talents that are present in South Gloucestershire. A wide range of cultures from around the world and across the generations will be represented at the festival through performances, food stalls with a range of traditional dishes, exhibits, workshops, sports and activities. The Engage project, led by South Gloucestershire Council in partnership with a range of community groups, celebrates the diversity of culture across all South Gloucestershire’s communities.
