Liskeard and Launceston students win trip to participate in European Youth Parliament in Strasbourg

Liskeard School and Community College and Launceston College students have won a visit to the European Parliament in Strasbourg. The students will take part in a special youth event in March 2009 in Strasbourg with students from across Europe under the Euroscola programme. The two winning teams of students competed in the 2009 Europe Direct Cornwall Debating Competition against two other schools and colleges from across Cornwall to win the exclusive prize at an event held at New County Hall, Truro.
