Full House Project screening in Bristol
45 young people from Bristol, Poznan (Poland) and Hannover (Germany) have participated to the Full House project, producing a documentary film on the themes of migration and coexistence. The UK premiere of the film took place in Bristol on the 21st November 2009. The project, funded by the EU Youth in Action programme, Bristol City Council and the Europeans for Peace initiative, enabled the participants to acquire filmmaking and script writing skills. Cllr Chris Davies (Lord Mayor of Bristol), Cllr Barbara Janke (Leader of Bristol City Council) and MEP Graham Watson participated as well to the film’s premiere.
The project has also been recently showcased on the European Commission website, as a best practice example: http://ec.europa.eu/youth/news/news1639_en.htm
